Mary Malone

Mary began practicing yoga in high school to get a workout in. After she graduated, she spent months traveling in India where she spent time studying Yoga in an Ashram. Since then she has completed her 200Hr through YogaWorks. Yoga has given her the opportunity to be curious in her body and mind. Yoga is her way to practice kindness, self-compassion, and simply allow each moment to exist. She enjoys giving people the space and support to try new things and to find what feels good in their body. Her classes are creative, fun and joyful.


Mary Malone instructs the following:
  • Heated Level 1-2 Vinyasa with music
  • Level 1-2 classes are accessible to beginner and intermediate practitioners. Experienced instructors provide plenty of modifications and intensifications so that students can reach their full potential. Head to toe, students will leave feeling balanced and restored.
