All Expectant mamas,
Join Laura Baker on your mat Saturday 10/6/18 from 2-4pm as she talks/walks you through all things prenatal yoga. The 2hr workshop will highlight the benefits & the value prenatal yoga has to offer you regardless of how near or far away you may be from your due date. You will experience first hand how this style differs from a regular vinyasa class and how it is designed to nourish you & baby throughout your pregnancy, prepare you for labor & childbirth, plus offer you support postpartum. You can expect individual coaching as we find the best modifications, and prop utilization to accommodate YOU & your growing baby. You will leave this workshop better equipped to attend & get the most out of your future prenatal yoga classes. We will flow through targeted asanas, guided meditations, and a enjoy well deserved, supported relaxation at the conclusion of class.
Rest assured, many breaks will be built into workshop time. Snacks & drinks welcomed & encouraged.
